DESCRIPTION:The ESI Trainers Forum brings together trainers from across New Zealand’s electricity supply industry to strengthen training practice and support better learning outcomes. Over two days\, participants will explore learner-centred training\, mentoring\, communication\, and assessment approaches that help learners succeed in technical environments. \nOverview\nThe ESI Trainers Forum brings together trainers from across New Zealand’s electricity supply industry to share ideas\, strengthen training practice\, and support better learning outcomes. \nThis two-day forum focuses on the skills trainers need to help learners succeed in technical training environments.
