<p>Happy to help. We designed the attached two documents to try and make the process streamlined and not so resource heavy. We have found that the data requested or reviewed also helps for our KPI measures and the external audit (such as public engagements recorded).</p>

<p>The leading indicators I am investigating at present are aligned to our Asset Management System. They have a whole lot of measures such as defects fixed on time, maintenance programme up to date, asset failures which are all risk assessed.</p>

My thoughts on this is having another external auditor doesnt add any real value to what Telarc already do (an external auditor). The intent of an internal audit is that you know your business better than anyone so you are in the best position for auditing it knowing what you know about your systems and processes. ie you cant hide&hellip;</p>

<p>Just wondering if anyone has a good contact who can carry out an external review of our PSMS? This is outside of the Telarc audit.</p>
<p>We’ve been doing it as an internal review annually which apparently doesn’t meet the requirement in 7901 i.e., we’re not formally trained or qualified as auditors. Short term problem we need to cover&hellip;</p>

<p>Tent, teardrop logos, pull-up banners with safety and careers info, leaflets, spin the wheel for a safety message, giveaways etc</p>
