<p>Currently we have a couple of internal trainers who would undertake the training and an independent internal assessor for the unit standard assessment to maintain that separation/avoid conflict of interest.</p>
<p>We don&#8217;t currently specify a minimum exposure/experience level although this will be part of the discussions moving forward&hellip;</p>

<p>Assuming the plan has some means to overcome the conflict of trainer/assessor being the same person (unless you are a PTE or split roles)</p>

<p><i>Those seeking registration as a Distribution Line Mechanic (Endorsed Supervision) must have:</i><i></i></p>

<li><i>held registration as a Distribution Line Mechanic for a period of not less than 12 months; and</i></li>
<li><i>adequate knowledge,&hellip;</i></li>
