Stand Allocation & Booking Terms
Every effort will be made to ensure the exhibition is built according to the Floor Plan. However, the number of trade stands booked may affect the final floor plan. Stand sites will be provisionally allocated on a “first booking with payment received basis” and priority will be given to sponsors of the EEA2026 Conference and EEA Corporate Member Companies. Stand allocations will be advised no later than Friday 27 February 2026. The organisers reserve the right to change the stand allocations.
A 25% deposit payment must be paid within 7 days of the booking application to secure a technology exhibition stand. The deposit can be paid using the online credit card payment facility or by direct credit using the details on the invoice.
