The Safety Standards and Procedures Group (SSPG) will be hosting a webinar on the changes to AS/NZS 1891.4 at 9am on Wednesday 19th November

This webinar is a general discussion on the update to ASNZS1891.4:2025, focusing the requirement for additional control measures (fall protection system) to be implemented when a work positioning system is used, while working at height.

We encourage active participation in this webinar, to share ideas around how companies are implementing solutions to this requirement, what their rollout strategies are, how they’re engaging with their staff, and managing compliance, photos would be great as well.

The updated Standard is now available on the Standards NZ website – Standards New Zealand

      Morning Graeme and Hayley

We were busy doing our internal ‘Stop for safety’ so couldn’t attend the webinar.

is it possible to view the recording? (I know it’s not an acceptable substitute for being there)

      Thanks

      Stephen.

This was the 3M harness Graeme was talking about that Omexon is using. The harness on the dummy doesn’t fairly represent how the harness will sit on a person (lower D’s)

      Thanks Bill.
Please note I am not promoting one brand over another or saying or inferring what companies should use.
This is just what we have used for many years, since 2012 (ish)
