Hi Craig – we’ve had a number of speakers present to our team over the past ten years. Is there any specific topic/s you’re interested in covering?

    Regards, Rebeca

Hi, hopefully something industry focused (safety) but essentially a speaker who engages with the Field Teams. Thank you

Some speakers that we’ve had who have been engaging and delivered messages that stick include:

Lance Burdett – Former police negotiator and resilience expert. Great at connecting with frontline workers and talking about mental wellbeing in high-pressure environments.

Gilbert Enoka – Mental skills coach for the All Blacks. Speaks powerfully on leadership, mindset, and team culture.

Nathan Wallis – Neuroscience educator who makes brain science accessible and relevant. Has a knack for helping people understand stress, communication, and performance.

Dr Paul Wood – Went from prison to PhD. Talks about personal growth, resilience, and overcoming adversity.

Josh Komen – Former line mechanic and athlete who battled leukemia twice. Shares a deeply inspiring journey of grit and hope.

We are looking at engaging Troy Hall in the future also, so great to hear Marty’s recommendation!

We’ve had Troy Hall present to our company in the last 12 months. Very powerful speaker and his experience of an HV contact in an avocado orchard resonated strongly with our teams. Highly recommended.
