Hi everyone, I have a question for those representing EDBs here. How does your organisation manage access requests from third-party organisations wishing to enter your zone substations? By third parties, I mean PCBUs who are not directly engaged by your company, examples might include fibre contractors, CT metering providers, or situations where a customer owns the building and needs access for activities like building WOF inspections. I’d appreciate hearing about your processes, or any challenges you’ve encountered. For context we usually assign an FSP with an electrically competent standover to attend. Please let me know.
