Hi Rhys, Powerco and therefore us, Downer, also use a Isolation/Disconnection tag. The tag is attached as close as practical to the removed fuse or disconnected jumper. It does need to be filled out with information like, Date, Person doing work, Why and if there are requirements prior to re-connection, COC, ROI, Testing etc.

Part of the tag is also left with the customer to explain why the supply is off,

As we don’t do non-payment DC this has not been an issue.
