We require a lift plan when we are not undertaking regular repetitive lifts. We use a modified version of the Crane Association NZ Lift Plan for this.

Regular and/or repetitive lifts (e.g. lifting poles onto/off a Hiab, placing and removing poles, lifting standard Tx and Ground-mounted equipment) are covered by a SWMS, with any site-specific hazards covered during the tailgate.
