Yes we do require lift plans to be completed.

If I can ask a follow up question… How do you validate/ verify the lifting plan? Do you rely on the lifting contractor? i.e. do you as the asset owner/principle of work have an obligation to understand the content of the lift plan created by the contractor doing the lift?
