The lagging indicators are fairly straightforward.

The leading indicators I am investigating at present are aligned to our Asset Management System. They have a whole lot of measures such as defects fixed on time, maintenance programme up to date, asset failures which are all risk assessed.

We also measure our emergency exercises and our engagement activities, although they can be inconsistent. Interesting that you include staff engagement in PSMS. This is also something we are working on.
