    Hi all,

    The CCF User Working Group (UWG) has continued to break down the CCF competency class 10 HV Supply Electrician.

    The third subclass 10C HV Supply Electrician – Construction. For construction of high voltage electrical equipment in distribution and zone substations, indoor/outdoor switchgear. Pre-requisite 2A. Knowledge of Unit Standards

    • 32060 Install and inspect an earthing and bonding system for equipment used in the electricity supply industry

    • 31955 Demonstrate knowledge of light lifting and rigging equipment in the electricity supply environment

    The fourth subclass 10D HV Supply Electrician – Commissioning. For commissioning of high voltage electrical distribution equipment and zone substations, indoor/outdoor switchgear. Pre-requisite 2B-1. Knowledge of Unit Standards

    • 23898 Describe and carry out polarity and phasing tests on low voltage electricity networks• 23899 Describe and carry out phasing tests on high voltage electricity networks

    • 27655 Demonstrate knowledge of faults, relay systems, and components of diagrams in power system protection systems
