Although we don’t currently train/assess to the US, your plan looks good

A few thoughts to add to the mix

Assuming the plan has some means to overcome the conflict of trainer/assessor being the same person (unless you are a PTE or split roles)

Does the plan have a minimum exposure/experience level beyond the L4 qual to ensure only those who are ready get to attend?

Although the US evidence requirements don’t state it, is the course heavily focused on LW principals and basic SWP as per SM-EI. Another issue with the US is that it does not cover the range of common tasks most of us do such as install replace fuse box, install/reinstate LV break, replace burnt off jumper or make/break connections. Looks like you may have these covered in your list

Another good area to focus on is the hand tools, including fit for purpose and guidance on their use
