Strengthen your training practice – ESI Trainers Forum (5–6 May)

Training plays a critical role in developing a safe and capable electricity workforce.

The ESI Trainers Forum, taking place 5th and 6th May in Auckland, brings together trainers from across the electricity supply industry to share ideas and strengthen training practice.

This two-day forum focuses on practical skills that support successful technical training, including mentoring, communication, learner support, and effective assessment.

You will hear from industry experts, take part in interactive workshops, and learn directly from apprentices and trainees about what helps them succeed.

The forum will also help build a community of practice for trainers, supporting stronger collaboration across the sector.

Your registration includes all sessions, catering across both days, and a networking dinner with fellow trainers.

If you are involved in training, assessing, or supporting workforce development in the electricity sector, this forum will provide practical insights you can apply in your work.  You are welcome to forward this on to anyone involved in training and professional development in your organisation.
