    Hi All,

When it comes to the chocking of MEWP/Cranes, how is everyone doing it?

There are some differing opinions out there on whether it is always the most downhill wheels, the wheels that are braked, both sets of duals vs one set, do you even chock an MEWP etc.

    How do you approach it?

Anyone venture outside the Worksafe guides and have their own they would share?

    Regards and welcome to 2023!

The WorkSafe GPG are you talking about Sean for managing work site traffic? We chock on any slope on both sides of one of the rear driving wheels when using a crane or EWP. Encourage the staff to assess the risk and chock where appropriate on the flat For general parking, rely on the air brake being applied
