What level of proportion do you all go to – for instance we use our excavators or Hiabs to lift plate compactors on/off vehicles (as it eliminates the manual handling risk); would you expect

1. a lift plan at all?

2. a standard lift plan template covering 99% of occurrences?

3. an individual site-specific lift plan?

Not withstanding this, I agree with Chris Davies that even the crane industry seem to be lagging in this space when a single lift is involved.
