The theme for this year’s forum was ‘The Human Side of Training’ and was held over two days and a networking event in the evening.
The forum focused on practical skills that support successful technical training, including mentoring, communication, learner support, and effective assessment. We heard from industry experts, took part in interactive workshops, and learn directly from apprentices and trainees about what helps them succeed. The forum helps to build a community of practice for trainers, supporting stronger collaboration across the sector.
