EWRB relicensing

    Our training team has been working with our team since last year with similar issues. I believe the EWRB made some changes

    EWRB now require completion of an on-line module to re-license, as well as the rest of the usual competency programme.

    Every individual who logs into their personal details on the EWRB website, can assess the on-line module.

    In our experience you can’t complete the module and immediately attempt to complete the license renewal (website needs a reset to acknowledge module completion).

      As long as you can see the completion at 100% on the second log in page (for the competency portal) Stephen, you can complete the practicing licence application and pay. A lot of the issues are from the cookies and browser history. Try deleting these before going back through to do the payment option

    Hi Graeme,

    MainPower employees also experienced issues with relicensing.

    I did my back in February. I recall it was onerous and I had trouble with no e-receipt. I waited about half an hour on the 0800 66 1000 number for a response with no dial back option.
