We are training staff in how to have ‘Courageous Conversations ‘ as part of a larger development package.
As a stepping stone has anyone done quick ‘how to safely speak up’ sessions with a H&S focus ? (I’m really looking for something short and sweet).

Had a talk amongst our staff but nothing came straight to mind for what you are looking for – short & sweet. It’s all very dependent upon
those listening and whether they want to hear plus the company culture. A difficult one Stephen. -
Hi Stephen,
Orion has provided this type of training to all staff and it was and still remains very good.
Being able to have that courageous conversation may be impacted on how we deliver the reply.
