1. No, 2. No, 3. No (U/G we prefer to isolate rather than bond wherever possible), 4. Yes, we cluster but No, 5. We have exceptions relating to distribution boxes feeding directly from unfused transformers, due to arc-flash risks.

However, almost all of our urban network is underground, and rural overhead is far easier to isolate. We also primarily work out of insulated buckets.

(I think we may be an outlier).
