  Competency/Refresher Training Type & Frequency

  Hi Team,

  Is anyone willing to provide some detail around how often they undertake refresher training for competencies (CCF type and general e.g. 4WD/heavy vehicle etc) and perhaps how it is undertaken e.g. theory via an LMS system or paper based, field coaches etc. I have a Unison training matrix/competency refresher program, just trying to get an idea of whether we are following BIP or not.

  Any information would be greatly appreciated 😊
