The purpose of this Guide is to ensure that polarity and neutral integrity tests are conducted on low voltage service mains to establish that the installation is safe to connect and that appropriate documentation has been sighted and completed as required by the various regulations.

We have reviewed the above guide, which was last updated in 2020 version.  This guide has been reviewed by representatives of the electricity supply industry.  After a robust industry consultation, the Safety Standards and Procedures Group of the EEA has approved the revised guide.
