Ladders

  • Posted by Christopher John Davies on 6 September 2024 at 10:34 am

    All,

After the discussion about ladders at yesterdays EDI forum, I thought I would let you know, Counties Energy did have wooden ladders, then replaced all these with Branach and have started replacing Branach ladders that break with some of these ladders (see link below). Really good feedback on these because of lightness.

Also the fall from ladders. We have a first person up system to ensure permanent attachment at all times, to the structure. I have to say that this is not always used though.

Do these Ladders have a tethering system to attach the lower part of the ladder to the pole to prevent it slipping?

We use the Branach ladders with extendable feet and a tethering system. Most complaint’s are that they are to heavy.

We do use a tethering system with Branach, I will get some photo’s of the new ladders and tethering we use with them.
