Hi,
I’m looking at a project to improve our Quality Assurance for our Network Operations Centre/Control.
Activities would be formalising post completion checks on Access Permits, timeliness of applications, I & E plan checking, reviewing phone/RT calls between field staff and control. etc
Do you have a framework, checklists, or processes for QA checking in this area. Or do you have contacts etc which could help?
