Had one live line boom contact years ago on a six wheeler crane truck. All 10 tires had minute pin holes through the casings. Replaced the lot.

It’s a good question, which seems to be overlooked in most safety advice re vehicle and plant electrical contact.

Being that almost all contacts are third party rather than our staff (I’ve only ever been involved in 1 internal vehicle contact in 12 years), is this something that EEA could raise on our behalf as they are submitting re ECP 34?
