  Hi Team,

  Regardless of whether you do your own internal training or external provider training, do any of you have a structured/documented process and timeline for your trainees to follow (even roughly) that steps through where they should be at given times and when/how they achieve that? E.g. initial plant operator familiarisation and 4WD within the first couple months and then competency assessment follows after more supervised exposures.

  Theres the usual provider modules to follow but do you just use this or get into more specific targets and required job tasks etc to be met prior to attending courses or undertaking assessment?

  Any help or info appreciated as always 🙂
