Electricity Supply Industry Trainer’s Forum 2025

The theme for this year’s forum was “Thinking Differently”, it was another fantastic event with amazing knowledge sharing and networking!

Our keynote speaker Natasya Jones from Divergent Thinking delved into the opportunities and challenges of neurodiversity; neurodiverse individuals, including those with ADHD, autism, or dyslexia.  By adapting training methods to leverage their strengths, organisations can enhance their operational excellence while ensuring compliance with stringent regulatory requirements.
